Frank Thorogood is an experienced Toastmaster and established Toastmasters Brussels in 1971.

A Chartered Accountant by profession and a keen Toastmaster for 50 years. He founded the Nice Toastmasters Club at the end of 2012 and in 2013 the club was officially chartered with Toastmasters International

Since then, Toastmasters Nice has continued to grow and thrive, achieving several distinctions from Toastmasters International over the years, thanks to its wonderful and spirited members.
